What you may do with the audit and its parameters, and the limits of what it tells you.

The audit is an estimate

Every figure it produces descends from numbers you entered and from published parameters that are calibrated judgements, not measured constants. It is a starting point for a decision. It is not a quote, a guarantee, or legal, financial, tax or employment advice, and you should not treat a verdict as a substitute for a qualified adviser on anything with a regulatory dimension.

The parameters are yours to reuse

The parameter file is licensed CC BY 4.0. You may reuse, adapt and redistribute it, including commercially, provided you credit AI Work Audit and link to the source. If you modify it, say so, and do not present a modified file as the published version.

Site content

Articles and page content are © 2026 AI Work Audit unless a contributor byline says otherwise, in which case rights remain with the author and we hold a licence to publish. Quote us freely with attribution; do not republish whole pieces without asking.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using it, including lost profits, redundancy costs or regulatory penalties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
